The Manara Resource Center is a center designed to meet all of the needs of the average Muslim college student. Students can study at the center, access our complimentary coffee and snacks bar, join a spiritual halaqah, attend training sessions, book a room for meetings, request an MSO leadership consultation, and more.
Muslim students have historically received limited institutional support, leaving Muslim Student Associations to stretch themselves thin to provide basic spiritual, academic, professional, social, and mental health resources to their communities. Many campuses still lack dedicated physical spaces where Muslim students can gather, study, organize, or access trained guidance in a consistent and supportive environment.
Manara Centers address this gap by offering a dedicated home base for Muslim students across the region, a space for community building, leadership development, organizing, and connecting. Through accessible staff support and year-round training, Manara ensures students are not navigating campus life alone but are equipped, resourced, and sustained in their growth.
The Manara Center is open to all undergraduate and graduate Muslim college students!
